COVID-19 Response

When in person church gatherings are allowed by the state to resume, we will begin meeting at 31920 Entwistle ST. Carnation, WA in our OWN BUILDING (the former church office). Until then, we will keep you up to date as much as possible in the weeks to come. I’m not going to go in-depth on how to handle the virus; there is plenty of information to go around. You can look at Facebook and see how other Churches are handling this situation. Living Word is committed to doing what is needed to further prevent the spread of this virus.

We must make sure that we are not living in fear of the virus and all that is going on currently. We serve a big God who is not caught unaware. God does not change. He has promised us a future. If we are truly His children no one person, or any virus, can take that future away.

In these times, we must be thinking about our ability to help others. Keep in touch with your neighbors, co-workers, family, and pray for them. Find out if they need anything. Create a safe small group gathering to study God’s word. We are living in extraordinary times with unlimited possibilities to reach people with the Gospel of Christ. We, as a body, should be ready and willing to be Christ’s hands and feet during this time.

One very uncomfortable thing I have to mention is that the Church cannot function without your generous tithes and offerings. I hate even to bring this up, but it’s a necessity. If you can, please don’t hesitate to help during this time. You can give online at www.lwcarnation.org, drop by a tithe at my office, or mail it to PO Box 502, Carnation, WA 98014. Again this is uncomfortable to ask. I appreciate you all!

In the next few weeks, we will be keeping you informed about some alternative opportunities to fellowship and make a difference in our community.

Please know that I love you, and if you need anything please do not hesitate to ask!

Thank you Church,

Pastor Keith
